This unique location in a quiet beachfront street is an easy five minutes walk to the centre of Byron's township with fantastic shopping and dining choices. The beach can be easily accessed a few hundred meters down the quiet street.

This stylish modern residence captures a feeling of understated luxury so evocative of the tropics. The breezy light filled rooms have floor to ceiling wall to wall glass and louvered windows which welcome the tropical foliage and ocean views inside. The residence has beautiful wide polished spotted gum timberfloors and high ceilings throughout.

The facilities at Aamber Beach Villa are five-star. The open plan living room has a smart TV with complimentary Netflix and Foxtel and unlimited high speed Wi--Fi. There is a designer kitchen with Miele appliences and cesarstone benchtops, and the whole living space opens through large sliding doors onto the raised BBQ terrace. The residence has reverse cycle airconditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

There are two spacious queen bedrooms upstairs. Both have ocean views through the wall to wall floor to ceiling windows, you wont want to get out of bed! The master has ocean views lay in bed and watch the surf your view is all the way to The Pass and Capr Byron and you can watch the Byron lighthouse from your room! There is also a TV and very large ensuite with free standing bathseparate shower and twin vanity. A second bathroom services the first floor and both bathrooms have rainshowers with marble vanities and Villeroy and Bosch bathroom fittings. Downstairs adjacent to the powder room is a third bedroom with two single beds.

The complex has a fantastic heated swimming pool facility where you canenjoy swimming year round, simply relax and unwind or swim laps. The complex is security gated for your peace of mind. Byron Bays small solar powered tourist train does utilise the track to the rear of this property however being solar powered we can advise it is extremely quiet and a great way of getting out to explore the unique businesses and design houses that are located in the Arts and Industry Estate. Please note we do not accept schoolies reservations.
