Holidaying at Botanica is easy, the complex is security gated for your peace of mind and this includes security parking with easy access right by your front door. From the front door it is one flight of stairs to the living room level, where wall to wall floor to ceiling glass welcomes the outside indoors. High ceilings create a feeling of space and the living room level is air-conditioned. The kitchen is airy and has a courtyard off it with a BBQ for summer cook ups, this courtyard is a great area to store all your beach equipment securely. A handy powder room services the living room. At the lounge room end of the living space is a wonderful terrace area that overlooks the pool below, there is a large outdoor table which is a great spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning sun or relax with a cool drink in the afternoon shade. The pool is right out side your apartment and can be accessed from your terrace area.
The upper floor contains the bedrooms and again high ceilings throughout. The master is very large and has a brand new en-suite with rain shower. Wall to wall floor to ceiling glass overlooks the full length balcony. The master suite has a King bed, smart TV and is cooled by the wonderful sea breeze which is very refreshing and ceiling fans. The master is not appropriate for young mobile children, as the veranda railing could be climbed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and also has large wall to wall glass windows. The third bedroom is a small room and has a Double sofa bed. The property comes with this room set up as a sofa unless requested in which case we will set the room up as a bedroom.
A brand new bathroom services the two bedrooms and their is also a laundry on this level. From outside the third bedroom, a spiral staircase accesses the roof top viewing area. This area is open to all apartments and is a great spot to do a bit of star gazing at night enjoying the sea breezes and the ever present beacon of the Byron Bay lighthouse.
